How to Set Up Email on your iPhone/iPod/iPad


  1. go to Settings:

  4. choose your email provider:
If you don't see your email provider listed, tap Other > Add Mail Account.

How to Transfer/Sync from Outlook to iPhone/iPod

  1. Connect your iPhone/iPod to your computer using a USB cable.
iTunes opens automatically when the device is connected to your computer.
  1. In iTunes, in the source list, under Devices, click the entry for your iPhone or iPod.
  2. Click the Info tab.
  3. Under Contacts, click Sync contacts from, and then click Outlook.
  4. Do one of the following:

1.Connect your iPhone to the computer using the supplied USB cable and launch the iTunes application, if it does not launch automatically. iTunes displays your iPhone on the left panel under "Devices."
2.Click your iPhone on the iTunes panel and click the "Info" tab. Click "Sync contacts with" and select "Outlook."
3.Select "All Contacts" if you want to sync all the contacts from your iPhone to Outlook. If you want to select specific contacts, click "Selected groups" and place a check on the contacts you want to sync to Outlook.
4.Click "Apply" to sync your iPhone contacts to Outlook. Click the "Eject" button on the right panel and disconnect your phone from the computer. Close iTunes.
5.Launch Outlook and click the "Contacts" tab. You should see the imported iPhone contacts.

How to Sync Contacts from Blackberry to Outlook

- Make sure that you have the latest Blackberry Desktop Software installed on your computer. You can find the Blackberry Software here.

- Connect your Blackberry device to the computer via a USB cable.

  1. Open the Blackberry desktop software and select the "Organizer" tab.

  3. Choose the Select "Contacts" and in the window, choose whether to sync contacts from the BlackBerry to Outlook, vice versa, or a two-way sync (merge contacts from phone and computer).

  5. In this case, I will select to merge BlackBerry contacts to Outlook, to avoid my phone being flooded by work contacts. The "Advanced Options" view will let you select contacts to sync, and even select by name, address, email, and many other categories.

How to Reset Your Nokia Phone to Factory Settings

Method 1
  1. From the main menu either swipe right-to-left on the touchscreen or press the right arrow button on the top right of the interface.

  3. Scroll down to the ‘About’ menu which should be second from the bottom. Tap it.
  4. Press the ‘Reset Your Phone’ button.
The phone will reset itself and return you to the main menu.

Method 2
  1. Switch the phone off.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Down, Power and Camera buttons at the same time.
  3. When the phone vibrates release the Power button but keep the Camera and Volume Down buttons held for a further five seconds.
The phone will now be reset.
